Where do I find my raw DNA file?
  • 23andMe: Settings → 23andMe Data → Download Raw Data. Upload the .zip or the .txt inside it.
  • AncestryDNA: Settings → Download DNA Data. Upload the .zip or the AncestryDNA.txt inside it.
  • MyHeritage: DNA → Manage DNA kits → Download. Upload the .zip or the .csv inside it.
  • Sequencing.com: download the Ultimate Compatibility file (.txt).
  • SelfDecode: Settings → Download raw DNA data (.txt).

Health reports, ancestry breakdowns, PDFs and screenshots will not work: we need the large raw data file (usually 5 to 25 MB).
